WAVE Wellness was expanding from its intimate, treatment-focused studio in Sag Harbor to a 4,000 sq ft space in Southampton—with a bold vision to redefine social wellness in the Hamptons through a curated yet community-driven, member based experience. Their challenge was twofold: introduce a new wellness concept to a discerning market while maintaining the warmth and trust of their original client base. With offerings that ranged from contrast therapy and cold plunges to sound healing, classes and energetic work, WAVE needed a strategy to clarify their value, build buzz, and communicate a year-round commitment to both members and guests in a historically seasonal environment.

Event & Partnership Marketing: Concepted and promoted WAVE’s signature activations—like WAVE Wellness Day and Salon Socials—while building strategic collaborations with brands and festivals.
Earned Media & PR: Led press strategy focused on breaking into saturated summer wellness coverage with placements in key digital and print outlets.
Content Production: Directed and executed photo and video shoots that visually communicated WAVE’s distinct blend of luxury, community, and holistic care.
