THE CHALLENGE
Aldo’s Coffee Company, a cherished local business with deep roots in Greenport, NY, had ambitions to grow beyond its small-town charm into a national e-commerce presence. While the in-store experience was beloved by locals, Aldo’s online presence lacked cohesion, visibility, and storytelling. Social media was underleveraged, digital advertising lacked structure, and email marketing was inconsistent. With a newly launched Shopify store and subscription model, Aldo’s needed a full-funnel strategy to drive online sales, grow brand awareness, and convert its legacy into loyalty—both online and off.
THE OPPORTUNITY
ONDA partnered with Aldo’s to modernize and scale the brand without losing its heritage. We implemented a year-long, multi-channel growth strategy including:
Meta & Google Ads: Rebuilt and launched high-converting campaigns targeting coffee lovers in the Northeast, with geo-targeted summer initiatives and evergreen structures.
Email Marketing: Built a twice-monthly campaign cadence with educational content, product drops, flash sales, and storytelling to deepen connection and drive conversions.
Social Media Strategy: Created a branded visual identity, launched educational and founder-forward reels, and used collaborations to expand reach organically.
PR & Partnerships: Secured local and regional coverage in Vogue, Northforker, and James Lane Post, and launched an dynamic out-of-home campaign with Hampton Jitney.
OOH Campaign: Branded the “Ambassador Espresso” Hampton Jitney bus, paired with QR-gamification and giveaways, serving Aldo’s coffee to over 4,000 summer passengers.
