This strategic approach is already included in the website refresh; it is not an additional deliverable. For ecommerce, the approach considers product discovery, product information and the route to checkout; for booking-based businesses, service selection and the route to booking. Specific pages and changes are agreed before work begins. New integrations, automation, custom checkout development and booking-system changes remain separately scoped unless expressly included.
